My wife and I were here with my parents for dinner, and we chose the counter-service over the table service - my mother spent a few minutes actively trying to get a human to take our orders but we had given up and started ordering off of the touchscreen system before anyone was out to potentially assist us.My wife and I ordered, but by the time my mother started using the machine it somehow came unmoored from its setting and fell - we managed to keep it from taking a trip straight to the floor, and I got an employee over to assist with the rest of the order.I had one of the Alice in Wonderland themed lattes, the one with local honey, lavender, and bitters; it was incredibly good, I don't remember the name of the drink, but it was the one at the top of the "signature drinks" menu. For food I got a small Detroit Style pizza, adding shredded Parmesan and Ricotta to the Mozzarella - this was also very good. Elizabeth (my wife) got esquites (Mexican sweet corn with mayonnaise and spices) and two street tacos (she only intended to order one, she also had some issue with the touchscreen order system) and also enjoyed her meal. My father got an avocado toast with salmon (thumbs up) and my mom an order of Mexican Rice (overly dry) and a street taco (she wasn't a fan).I think it would have been better if we'd just had a human to take our order - I like the concept of the touchscreen order system a lot but it was truly poorly implemented here, with confusing menus and organizing. Also, the situation when the whole screen nearly did a floor dive should NEVER have been even close to a possibility - these screens are expensive, it needs to be mounted absolutely securely. The atmosphere was excellent and the layout of the building was beautiful. If this had been around when I'd been growing up in AV, especially high school, I and my friends would have absolutely hung out here, particularly for the coffeehouse fare. Back in the early aughts there was only two coffeehouse options - Caribou and a very basic indie place called Vertigo.I cannot express the level to which the ordering experience turned my mother off of the place as a whole, though.TL;DR - Food is good, coffee is great, make sure you order directly from a human until they redesign their touchscreen ordering system.

My son took me here for my birthday. The food hall is wonderful with many great choices fron casual to finer dining. We went to the Wiskey Inferno. I had the brisket and ribs with brussel sprouts. The brisket and ribs were very tender, with no dryness at all. The Brussel sprouts were both tender and crispy on the outside. They have a nice selection of beers and whiskey.I always love the concepts they bring to this location, and this one does not disappoint. 10/10 would recommend.

Atmosphere was great, calm lighting, lively music and candles at every table. Staff was very attentive and courteous, even the owner stopped by to ask how my meal was. Beer can chicken is a killer and great beer selection! 10/10 recommend and will come back.

Absolutely incredible location the vibe is amazing the food perfection. I spent an evening dinner with my loved one here and I enjoyed every minute of it. I usually don’t like whiskey but the whiskey I had here was impressive so much so that every sip was more enjoyable than the last. I highly recommend this location service out of this world. They treat you like family and make you feel welcomed. Definitely will return to this location. Cheese curds are a must have and the brisket burger delicious in every way.

Thank you for a great meal! We sat at the chef's table and it was great to see the teamwork and support between the serving staff and kitchen. We had great service from Taylor, and our drinks were well poured. Food was the same high quality we've come to expect from this group. We look forward to the next time we can enjoy food, drinks, and a night out at this establishment.

Went to the Whiskey Inferno side, the French onion soup was good the sourdough croutons needed work, almost non-existent when it reached me. The brisket and ribs combo was good, the brisket was the standout of the two. The coleslaw was very interesting it was a mix of creamy with a pronounced vinegar kick, I enjoyed it.
